Message	I have been driving in Illinois for over 10 years and well over 100k miles. 90% of that has been in sports cars with no front plate. I have gotten ONE non-moving (no points) violation ticket for no-front plate that entire time. So, for 50 dollars it is worth it TO ME to just pay the ticket and have my car look how I want it to look.
